This Service and Support Agreement ("Agreement") defines the terms and conditions under which (Website Name) (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) will provide technical support and assistance for its products and services. By using our services, you (the “Customer”) agree to the terms set forth in this Agreement.
Complimentary Support Period
We offer free customer support for the first six (6) months following the commencement of your service contract. During this period, the following support types are available:

Technical Assistance
Support for technical issues related to our products, including bug fixes, troubleshooting, and system performance improvements. Assistance is limited to problems caused directly by our services or products.

Account and Billing Support
Help with setting up, configuring, and managing your account. Assistance with billing questions or invoicing errors.

Answers to general questions about our services, features, and procedures. Recommendations to help you use our solutions effectively.
Paid Support Services
Once the complimentary support period ends, access to support will require enrollment in a paid support plan. Important details include:

Support is offered on a subscription basis. We will notify you of pricing and available plans before the free support period concludes.

Coverage of Paid Support
Includes all free support categories: Technical Assistance, Account and Billing Support, and General Support. Premium services such as priority support and dedicated account management may be included in advanced plans.

Payment and Renewal
Support subscriptions must be paid in advance to maintain continuous service. Non-payment or failure to renew will lead to suspension of support.

Priority handling of support requests. Extended availability including weekends and holidays. Specialized assistance with third-party integrations.

Billing can be monthly, quarterly, or annually, based on your preference. Prepayment is required to keep your support active.

Any disputes must be reported within thirty (30) days from the billing date. We aim to resolve these within ten (10) business days.
Support Availability
Support is available by email during standard business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (local time). Emergency support for urgent issues may be accessible outside these hours depending on your plan.
Customer Responsibilities
Provide clear and detailed information to help us diagnose issues. Maintain secure backups and follow our recommended guidelines for system use.
Limitations of Support
Support excludes:

Third-party products or services not provided by us.

Problems caused by unauthorized changes, misuse, or neglect.

On-site support unless explicitly part of your paid plan.
Termination of Support
We reserve the right to discontinue support if:

You violate this Agreement or related policies.

Payments for support remain overdue past the due date.
Changes to the Agreement
We may update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be communicated, and continued use of services means acceptance of the updated terms.
